jospatrick....the street racer crashes into a crowd of spectators....and, the police who patrol the streets were yanked from their jobs....because the mayor wants the race to be run....who gets injured or killed is not important to him....

now the jury finds the racer guilty because the mayor is the main prosecutor against the illegal racers and the police claim to have no knowledge of the fact that such racing ever took place on the streets....
