So, looks as if - they can ink the deal and withi 4 days the filing would be available. Not a real-time way to track the would be purchase......We would know before the filing from EESO or DOW's PR.

If they want to be transparent then they should do this. 8k is for any significant & material event. Great posting. I am not sure they know all of this.
