ARCA on the bid this morning at .02 with a size of 35000. That is a large order than usual which tells me it should hold above .02 and someone wants to buy many shares at that price from whomever wants to give their shares away. It is just NITE on the ASK at .022 and the next MM is at .027.
Of course after the bell you will see retail orders come in to play.
