OK - that part I get, but also applying the fundamentals...it was heading down until the buffoons in Washington opened their mouths and agreed with China (note that we closed below the fib line yesterday and opened below it this morning)...I think today is a false candle, but we won't really know until tomorrow or Friday. Agreed?
