Nobody ever likes to see dilution but at least in this case the company has been paying down their debt with it as opposed to other companies that dilute to just maintain the CEO's lifestyle and make sure their wives have a brand new Benz.
I can live with the dilution here if Raley does the right thing with the share structure once the CD is done. If he just takes the cowards way out and does an R/S you can just add his name to the already long list of shitty CEO's.
