With SALI sitting there we cannot build momo. If we break it, then we can get the momo needed to get larger volume. People see SALI soaking up everything, so they wait on the sidelines to see what happens.
not necessarily...b/c traders are sitting on the sidelines due to no movement...once SALI lets go, than the price starts moving up, and than traders want to get into the flipping.
hard to flip a stock that isn't moving...so they wait. traders are where the high volume comes from. Not long investors.
