Why I typed the last part of the message. Larger companies will not want to buy the small fish in the group. While we all agree on this board NEOM is the big fish; bottom-line this is still an undeveloped environment. Macro companies will wait to see who wins the battle for the space then snatch them up. Pointing out that the debt is another reason for a large company not to buy NEOM. The credit crisis has caused debt to be a MUCH larger issue than ever before ....it is not at all easy to finance debt these days...and not alot of money to be found.
