Hey Ken, you're concerned? It's been 3 days since the announcement....Get real, these things take time. I would not be investing in the "buyout" but rather the company. If the buyout doesn't come off, I think the company is going to do great. Patience and good luck

Ken, hang in there. In comparison, it can easily take 6-8 weeks to buy/sell a house, and this is a similar (LOI vs. Earnest money agreement)but more in depth process. GLTY
