Cheap, OldCastle probably figured out some combination of the used motor oil and GlyClene that will keep them under the emissions threshold. Could used motor oil be cheaper than GlyClean? Does OldCastle have contracts with the oil provider that they need to run out?
Maybe its because XcelPlus is presently providing every gallon of GlyClene they can manufacture but its not enough for OldCastle, so they are making it go farther with the used oil.
Just thinking outloud. But questions that will probably be answered soon.
I guess if XcelPlus signs another contract, say with Purdue, than we know the later isn't true.
