Couldn't agree more!!! The PPS action is very slow, but progressing. Very good sign. Too many run up and crash just as hard!!! I love it slow but consistant!!! remember that we had been at 0001 for some time, then 2's then 3's and now a steady flow of 3-4. Very good and when the filing is physically there I think we start seeing 4-5 regularly and then a little more movement. We will then need additional news and yes a better understanding of how this is to be funded. What I do understand is that in order to get a "#" for a vehicle, they have to put money down. When they want the car started, they have to put more money down. A few "Deposits" is all it takes to keep rolling along and then more come in and more become finished and the constant flow commences!!! JMHO!!!
