Lurker, if you have influence, CALL TONY. EI needs to call FINRA, make an appointment, send a representative of the company to go there and hand walk the damn paperwork through the system. If FINRA resists then EI should go to the SEC...IMO

It's been over 90 days for an "administrative" process. Company is being far too passive at this point in time.
