That is correct. Per my conversation with MB... the permit is to be submitted within 60 days. Once approved, conversion will begin on the boiler. As soon as the permit gets approved, I am hoping they will release a presser because it is all down hill from there. If they do not release one, I will email MB and request one. This should boost the stock.
