That was in the dotcom days. That is the reason why we are in such an economic slump right now. People were also buying houses for 400,000 that were only worth 250,000. We are kinda having a problem with that also right now.

What has been learned from that is the reason why no company is offering us 500 million. Companies have learned from those mistakes of past.
