I honestly don't think that what you are stating is accurate dave and will respectfully disagree..

Anyone could confirm what was the deal with the previous restricted shares that Jared had issued...I think it was the 200 million shares..

I think Jared had stated that these shares were restricted and could only be sold at 5 times the value at which they were priced at on the day they were issued...so this implied that the bareholder of these shares needed to wait until the market price of the shares had reached that level to be able to sel lthem ..right?
