MN, my only objection is using 136M barrels as a volume estimate. It's expressed in barrels and meant to quantify risk, but it is not meant as a measure of volume.
Compare it to this: I put 70 lbs of air in my bike tires, but they don't end up weighing 70 lbs. Pounds is a measure of pressure in this case, not a measure of weight.
When reading fully risked numbers, you are reading a measure of risk, not a volume estimate.
I hope that clarifies things. I have enjoyed spp's comments brought here from the EEL board for years. I just take issue with the above use of the recently released numbers.
