Clawmann and/or Beam11 may wish to point out YA's dilemma re: its 4.99% ownership limitation vs. its claim to 'as converted' voting rights. Can YA have its cake and it it too? This would be an interesting question to be answered in a court of law, don't you think? :-) YJ.
