The code used in that image is Aztec. This is the code NeoMedia is best known by. Therefore, no infringement.

However, do not concern yourself with infringement...all parties will be required to clear through the clearinghouse and Neom will be paid. Instead of building anxiety and trepidation over infringers I suggest repositioning your view to welcome all comers to the party ;)
