do you have a subscription to stockcharts.com? creating a scan for that condition would be quick and easy, if you have as subscription that is.

I concur with my friend albundy. Stockcharts.com 'Extra' subscribers have the ability to create their own 'user defined scans'.

You will be brought to 'User Defined Scans' page by choosing "Advanced" from the scan engine.

RSI values can be added to the Scan Expression window via the "Price, Volume, and Indicators' selection below the 'Scan Expression" window. After inserting the RSI expression you can alter the numeric values as well as the < or > symbols as needed.

Stockcharts.com provides excellent instructions on the use of their scan engines.
