I am s shareholder and dont want you representing me if you are not going to be diplomatic about things...Leave Lumb out of it!Let things play out dude! If ppl have money tied up, talking smack to these guys to the point of creating such responses is absurd unless one doesnt really have money invested and is merely a pawn in the grand game of creating 'an excuse'for the plug getting pulled???...Things are starting to stink if they didnt already...What a shame!

And whom told you to be representing the shareholders...heck, if anyone should be respresenting the shareholders, it should be someone like 'prisoner' or 'Vianna'...If you have a conference, do let me know as I definately have a few things to say before this gets ugly...Otherwise, no such comments like "BRING IT ON" should be uttered by a 'self-appointed' representative of the 'shareholders'...ever hear of being diplomatic? geeez!

Hey folks....Time to jump in here...been lurking in the shadows since i received a reply from the SEC.

First and foremost it should be stated that the reply was posted two or three weeks ago and the simple fact as stated by the SEC. "The SEC has not found HGLC to be under the authority of the SEC as it is not a registered security reporting to them." FINRA and the state of florida is the parties to involve in any investigation of the fraudulant activities of HGLC.

Good luck getting big brother to launch an investigation into HGLC. FINRA is the way to go. Although i beleive months ago Florida commission was suggested by old grey fox here on ihub.

MY opinion is mine, Please follow your heart and weigh Your losses not others. I have sat back and let the game play without me. As many can see the ugly head of truth, despair, and facts have still dominated this board, with or without bashers. The facts are ever so more evident as the months tick away. I will watch as the other dozen or so predictions fall into place. I wish all a good day and best of luck sheeple...once fleeced, it will grow back....just dont let them fleece you again.

you certainly have made a gallant attempt here. no doubt about it !!! frankly, i feel what will transpire from it all is the normal bullshtt PR or two with meaningless words contained within. i agree totally with your theories, and approach, and feel it did indeed at least elicit a (somewhat spirited) response from management. but, to reiterate, all we will get in return is rhetoric. i need some time to digest things here. i am not a huge holder, but have enough to be a bit irritated like the rest. i may if i get a chance sit down and concoct my own letter, whether one or two other objecting shareholders like it or not. that is my privilege not only as a shareholder, but as an American citizen. i hope to do so shortly, but am mired down big time due to the mess with WAMUQ at the moment. i have a ton in there and need to make some intelligent decisions.

at any rate, i sense you are totally frustrated over this, and the b.s. responses you received. my advice to you is..... bring on the muglucks, or whoever those animals are you know.!!!! LOL peace bro, and good luck to us all. we need it here !!!!!

Well it is official. As Many Many have theorized Stephen Lumb of South Africa { a South African Felon} Currently banned in the United Kingdom from owning or sitting on any public traded Company til 2010 is The Puppet Master of Hunt Gold Corporation. It is Official and Stated As such by
Mike {Baffoon} Saner email's responses and also that Stephen Lumb is the RA for the Corporate website that is going "live" "veryshortly".

The replys were a 110% from Lumb and Not Saner. Lumb is Saner. Mike Saner is a bell boy or a waiter that Lumb knows in the Bahama's etc.

In the True sense of How investors think a Company would appear it is non existing with HGLC.

The THREAT from Lumb/Saners email was clear. You better back off or else. I do not know about You other Americans on this forum. But I do NOT take it lightly to be THREATENED by Garbage Scum. It is On NOW. Full Boat, Now I am going to do my utmost to ensure that Lumbs feet [SA FELON} are held to the fire by the AG's office in Florida { Did I tell yah My mom is a Florida senior citizen? } AG'S office in Arizona { Did I tell yah my 68 year old Aunt is a resident of Arizona}.

I've read it and noted the reply, which, I might add, seems somewhat reassuring from HGLC.

But, so was the monkey at the zoo who likes to throw "crap" around.

Just wanted to rate the credibility of that message, alleged from HGLC, buy the DATE of its release.

alaskanwarrior, You asked the company to provide a list of the third parties that seem to be holding this up.

I ask you to provide a list of shareholders that you are alluding to, the term shareholders are all inclusive, and I do not believe that you should be using it in that manor,

You do not have the authority to speak for all shareholders at this point,any correspondence to the company from you personally is fine, however when you chose to encompass other shareholders you need to obtain their written permission first, I for one take exception to the fact you were writing such a correspondence in my behalf.

If negative results are the result of your correspondence, I believe you may have many to answer to.
