Actually NoMo was the requestor of that change. However, say you have a browser window with IHub "minimized" - when a message appears in your favorites section the window should "maximize". BB - the key is the window needs to be minimized and sitting on the task bar. Now you can make it so that only messages to you cause the minimized window to maximize.
The change is designed for people who have like 10 browser windows at a time minimized on the bottom of their computer screen. Instead of always opening it to check if anything new is there, the change is designed to save time and maximize if something new appears, in your favorites section.
