Why does a reverse split hurt a stock? I thought it was used to get more exposure becuase when most people see a stock under $1.00, they run for the hills.

Can someone expand on the negatives of a reverse split?

JD says NO, and unless he is a total fraud + crazy + insane + crook, it will not happen. He absolutely knows, that unless it came with a confirmed $100 million dollar contract with Wal Mart, he'd lose his top 10 shareholders, and the stock would never recover -- period.

So, that's fairy tale garbage, IMO.

Looking for something like a decent Wal Mart contract to get a foot in the door + other interesting contracts (1-2 very interesting), plus some financial pro-forma projections that, this time, will be realistic and achievable, then enough current and new investors will see how insane this price, and even .01 is, and we make a quick trip at least to there. OMG -- compare what is here with so many companies with 10-50 times the market caps and not anywhere near the assets or prospects. They run on complete fantasy.

Chevy says our day is coming, so stop worrying. And I am the king worrier, so that should give others comfort.

ps Restored post with "sincere" question about splits (LOL) from just a plant trying their best to instill any doubt. I will not feel bad for those who bail based on such obvious tactics combined with MM tricks galore. They can keep whacking the cat, but he will eventually get out of the bag and multiply like rabbits, and they will run like, well, you know.
