I posted this morning "here we go" but only because I saw higher volume than the last two weeks in the a.m. Possibly this is just some confidence coming back into the market in general, as here in Canada the TSX has been up every day for the past 9 days. Also this stock used to tend to load up on Mondays and dump Fridays but a couple of weeks before it went down it trended in the direction of running into the weekend. I assume this was anticipation of people not wanting to be out if good news is announced Friday afternoon or Monday morning. It will be interesting to see how this performs Monday at open if nothing has been announced. Past history suggests a drop under 2 without news but I hope not. Hopefully people have just come to their senses.

I can think of few reasons:

1. Somebody knows something (insider leak etc)
2. PA is driving the pps up, either to make it more attractive, or if the final sale price depends on the market price.
3. Some fund is just playing with it.

75K share block buy started the pop up, see bigcharts.com daily chart by the minute. Someone either took a position or added to an existing one.
