The one thing I do like about ACTC is the fact that I think their debt has most likely all been paid. It was down to $13 million a few months ago from $49 million and surely the company paid off the $13 million by now. Heck, they had a .30 cent stock price a few weeks ago and if they were smart, they already raised that capital. I'll bet they did and I've got to believe there's a PR coming stating just that. That would make for a nice pop in the stock. As far as new financing, they'll now have access to Federal funds on top of what their JV partner gives them.
