Not sure what's going on here but this isn't the only one to shot up like this right before the close. EX...CSAR & MESA are just a couple of others I follow that spiked with very heavy volume right at closing bell. HAYZ was the craziest from 0.09 to 0.19 in the last 2 min.

Any thoughts on this???
