We are working on a few things from different angles. We are just giving Richard just a little more time to do the right thing.

right now the critical jurisdicton of the company is in
delaware where they are in violation of a court order to have
a shareholder meeting, for they it is likely that there will
be dire consequences for cathy, and richard, drago will not
be stripped of his shares however, that is a seperate issue
to be addressed in a lawsuit which may or may not be
addressed, however his stranglehold on the company must be
removed, and that is via richard and cathy...
