Agreed, just think we need some updated numbers on Irus Group and we can then start putting together the pieces. From what I have gathered so far from emails with BK, this deal is considered a win for both parties, and there is a reason for everything being done the way it is. We get ~30% stake in the new company, which has reported revenues last seen at $7.5M. Obviously we need more on their assets and debt liabilities, but safe to say I think this is a bargain. Just need more folks to stumble upon IFRX and what is happening, and hopefully the rest will take care of itself.
