I cannot believe that you are actually giving credit to Small Cap for the 500% rise in the stock price. Was Small Cap in there negotiating with Abbott to get the licensing deal done? If so, then yes but are you attempting to say that a stand alone press release giving the details of the Abbott deal and a better website would not done as well? Management threw money at Onyx bringing the investors Shazam, tri state and then management gave an interview to Lebed. Is that really the type of PR that is needed for this stock?

From what you are stating, every shareholder at the time should have sold right after the Abbott deal was announced. Yes, they would have made some money but the poor suckers that bought the shares would have also lost a ton. You are actually saying the current investors that held stock during that period were foolish for not selling. The next contract with Small Cap had a net loss in share price of 20% over the one year contract period. I suppose you thought that was great also. IMO, the company has been making a lot of stupid moves. Hiring Small Cap is a good example with 300,000 shares wasted this week. Giving Lebed an interview was another stupid move. Taking a 3 million loan from Smithline and not expecting him to short the stock is probably the ultimate stupid move.

More questions:

Did Dr. Moro thoroughly check out what was actually needed to be able to set up business in China?

Why did Dr. Moro state in the press release that he was "pleased to announce" and as we later found out, that Abbott would no longer have any due diligence obligations to commercialize RECAF nor pay any minimum royalties? Isn't that an attempt to pull the wool over investors eyes? Investors did not learn the real story until months after the "we are pleased to announce" press release.

Why did Dr. Moro announce that he had been issued a European patent on March 25th when in fact the history of the patent shows that is was not actually issued until about 3 months later? The actual divisional patent application for diagnostics that was approved was not even submitted until May. Was that announcement needed to pump the stock?

Why is it so difficult to get approval of the imaging and therapy patents?

The Bocx,
I believe you are wrong to say that my post was inaccurate. It would have been better to say that we just have a difference in style of investing. You seem to be saying that I would have had better investments results if I had better timing, sold more at the peaks, and were a professional investor. I think that is a pretty obvious conclusion.

You seem to be more focused on selling at any chance you can make a profit, regardless of the long term outlook. That sounds like someone who is trying to make money to pay the monthly bills. I was taking a longer term perspective, but that obviously did not pan out for me.

I think it is morally fine to make a profit in one hour, one day, or one year. No problem there. It is always good to take a profit.

I'm speaking more for the long term holders here who bought into believing that there was a long term positive outcome in store for BOCX. How do you square that with your comment that "I would imagine that for an OTC company 6 months is a reasonable time."

Are you planning to sell your BOCX shares during this 6 month(?) coverage period by Small Cap?
