One thing for sure, the next 10Q will be very telling!


The 8k is the official document- the exhibit is the pr that made the filing necessary.

The 8k's wording is the key.


I even noticed that the PR stated that the financing was obtained "through" SIMCO. I guess that could mean SIMCO isn't even directly involved. Maybe they brokered the "deal". And thus no signature.


The share price reflects a certain amount of doubt as to the company and it's prospects.
