Unless something has changed in the last 5-8 years that I am unaware of, if the price spiked to $5, you will only have to wait 30 days. Also, you are thinking one dimensionally. Neom can decide to change boards ;) The requirements are different on different boards ;)

Unfortunately, I can't engage this subject further as we are still quite a distance from any reasonable dialogue on this.
