CrocHntr: the financials have bounced EXTREMELY strongly from the bottom of two weeks ago .... wish I had loaded up on C (Citigroup) at $0.97, now around $3.70, for a gain approaching 300% ! I'd definitely be taking profits here if I had a position in some of the big gainers. While the broader market may yet make lower lows, I do think the financials, tracked by XLF, have probably seen the bottom.

I traded a few C for about a 20% gain .... LOL

Financials may have made a short term top this morning .... there's tremendous incentive for traders to take profits after the amazing run of the past two weeks.

C hit $3.89 this morning, currently 2.67, down 32%
BAC hit 8.57 this morning, currently 6.98, down 19%
AIG hit 2.00 this morning, currently 1.57, down 21%
