Why don't you acknowledge that: (a) they did a good job before for the shareholders who bought and sold along with them and (b) if they help move the price just 1c up then they would have created $400,000 in value for the shareholders in exchange for $25,000 in restricted stock.

If their help results in an increase of 6c over the entire period of coverage, then we are talking about increasing the company value by $2.4M, which is about 100 times what they got paid...
