Well, it does make it easy and FREE to distribute information. Personally I like the "FREE" aspect since I am cheap. If you wish to discuss this, in a civil fashion, you're welcome to email me. You know my email since you've been around long enough.

Else, just sell and walk away -- then you'll have not a care in the world.

But, I am open to communications. Also, if people think it's not wise that I post stuff such as this in the forum, they can tell me and I'll be happy not to post. Nonetheless, you are welcome to enjoy the Wiki and other materials I have assembled in my free time as to present my communications, DD, and other materials which I have been fortunate enough to collect.

Because they said they can and you can verify

From their website:

The company is permitted to make informal interim disclosure of certain financial and operational details so long as the method of disclosure is not preferential to some persons over others. This will help shareholders have a "rough idea" and thus avoid substantially inaccurate assumptions. The Winning Brands Corporation website is accessible to all persons equally as a source of comments for attribution and information.

....

This website and the company's News Releases are the company's only official comments for attribution. Any claims made for the company, or about the company in other places, even if intended to appear similar, may not reflect the opinions of the company or its management. You are invited to contact us at anytime by e-mail to request verification of a statement made by any party claiming to represent the company.

so when answering email (yea informal doesn't know who is likely sending it because person may or may not identify their alias..and could be lying) so as to not be "preferential" (like most big board stocks are to analysts) Eric gives information/reply to board moderators (cc) to post (as if the whole board had asked the question)

"Why is so much information regarding a publicly traded company communicated exclusively through message boards with a Cc to the board moderator?"

The info given by Eric is not deemed "inside info" by the SEC... WNBD does not have to issue news every time they make a sign...lol... If you can post it, id like to see the line in Reg FD that states that this is "significant" info.

We've gone over this topic many times before. Im sure you will ask it again.
