That explains alot. Etrade gives crappy fills. They don't like to work for commission only, so most likely you won't get filled unless they can get a seller on the bid.

On other boards, they said that e-trade was down until a few minutes ago. Maybe you should resubmit it or put at "market" with a .0007 bid.
