When someone misreads me, whether by ignorance or design, I have to respond. I genuinely try to be objective. To be fair, maybe I can afford to be when it comes to CTGI, because, as I have said, I have not invested money here that would devastate me if lost. It's the only "speculative" stock I own.
In the world of scholarship and teaching where I come from, you have to understand and respond clearly, or you'll be eaten alive. But I suppose we are all in danger of seeing and hearing only what we want to, especially about things like our stock choices. So I can certainly relate to Jagman. If nothing else, he keeps us from falling into group think, and that, I suppose, is a good thing.
I am, however, suspicious about his seemingly constant negativity (he will of course say "contrarian") on the board of a stock he has repeatedly said he does not even own. Maybe he's bored, as am I now.
