Maybe all of us should ask Swift and Burg just those questions. I don't have Swifts e-mail but I do have Burgs. In the past, he has not appreciated my communication. I was never uncivil or made threats, only asked him about his decisions and position in the company. He came across as very nervous and full of guilt.

C'mon....what about all the accomplishments?...

They've managed to:

Drive their ratched price to .0007 from .0175 and the share price to .0001...

rid the company of the HMF license---and create a path to a future consulting gig in the process...

lose the license to Nicosan in Nigeria---the company's only producing product...

stop construction on the plant...

send a fellow PIPE investor on a witch hunt to India to the tune of a $1/4M...

shut down the company HQ's not once, but twice...

stop reporting to the SEC and endanger the registration of the stock...

paid themselves consulting fees---for what your guess is as good as mine....

and failed at fiduciary duties to shareholders...

AIMHO...

...just to name a few....
