There is no way that she knows details on a deal, that would be insider information as well because she would be able to buy up avaliable shares based on information not avaliable to the public. Three is no way that they would do that, my guess is they have not told her a thing.
However, there is nothing that can hide a BIG smile on Jared's face if the deal is done.
