You are assuming that the end of earthly human history and of the earth itself precludes the concept of eternity. It does not. Scripture (especially 2 Peter 3 and Revelations 21, but in many other places as well) teaches that even after this world is destroyed by God, eternity exists and we will all exist forever. The world perishes, but we have eternal existence, either in Heaven or Hell.
