The MM's are the ones who decided when the price will go up or down in a way. Alot of it depends on the buying or selling pressure at the time. 7 buys could go off in a row, but if there only 10-15 thousand a piece it wont do much. Also different points have resistance, due to their technical significants. Such as breaking past .02 or moving past lets say the 21 day moving average. These points may take extra buying pressure to move past them. Hope that helps some.
