Its not really growing by the Gross National Product (GNP) its under tight monetary policy by the GOI to prevent over heating while foreign companies build up Iraq's infrastructure.

The Dinar will be instantaneously released at interval levels when Iraq climbs onboard WTO and infrastructure starts matching/commercial markets in the rebuild time frame.
