shepper....You are way too anxious to see a direct correlation between news and the movement of the stock. This is not a perfect world and the price is fairly well controlled by buying pressure, selling, and mostly the whims of those that make the market in this stock. You watch, when you least expect it, the price, without news, will start making a run. Most of us have experienced this before with other stocks. I am totally at peace with this one and very confidant that they have a real winner in the making. Don't be too concerned about the day to day price. Be more concerned about the performance and consistancy of the company. I look for truthfulness from our contact at the company - Alex and so far he has been honest and consistent with me.
This financing tells me that people a lot smarter than me and with a whole lot more DD info at their beck and call than all here reading this board have, made a decision to commit for up to $1.5 mil at a conversion price that is 200% higher than the present price. Well, that's good enough for me. I just hope that it stays down long enough for me to average down.....Cheers....Joe
