upc, take a look at the 1-year chart to see my point. Tech stocks did quite well in H2/03, and have been correcting ever since. We are way above the levels of a year ago!

Remember, the stock market attempts to anticipate business conditions about 6 months to a year out. The H2 boom was in anticipation of better times than actually happened.
