Tim, I rarely miss a show. The focus on Cramer was a direct result of his defense of his Bear Stearns call. If you watch Monday and Tuesday's episodes you'll see how this transpired. Stewart himself even said that CNBC said nothing, but Cramer pushed his case with The Daily Show people, so it provoked a response. After that response, Tuesday Cramer went on the Today Show on NBC, another morning show on MSNBC, and later Martha Stewart, all to slam John Stewart and defend his own position.
The whole thing would have died if Cramer had done nothing. Instead he escalated it and got more than he could handle.
