Now we are getting somewhere. Sure, Megas could have acted sooner...easy to second guess him from our armchairs four years later. What I want to know from you is...after having notified the SEC and the world...why are we now in the situation of not clearing, and who is at fault for that? Who is responsible for the billions of illegal shares out there? Would it not be the ones who created them or allowed them to be created? BCIT and Mr. Megas are ONLY responsible for dealing with the Pino shares...which they did. As for the other billions, BCIT cannot be held accountable for those...and they won't be as you will see.
