SEC didn't
DTC didn't
We didn't do it, we were cleared
SEC didn't blame anyone else after they investigated
Our brokers say we own "real" shares
DTC wants more shares issued despite nobody needing any
Our brokers must be clear because the DTC settled our trades

So what the heck is Megas trying to pull! With only 4.3 million valid shares that were sold or used as compensation who has the money that belongs to BCIT/Energy Source Inc.? Someone pocketed revenue from the sale of 1.3 billion to 8.9 billion shares? I believe thats called securities fraud isn't it? hmmmmmmmmm
And Megas fully cooperated with the authorities during the investigation.

Can we logically really assume the SEC somehow over looked blaming Megas or investigating him if he did pocket all that money.

These allegations border on insanity
