CVTX closed at $21 as if Astellas will raise?

I’ll be surprised if GILD doesn’t get CVTX for $20/sh. I wonder if investors are inappropriately extrapolating the dynamics of the Roche-DNA merger to the GILD-CVTX case, which is an altogether different animal.
