People are trying to get people not to invest, that way they can by at there lower target price. Knowing that this company has strong leadership and already have said they are in talks with investors for each drug. Companies are required to state all possiblities of out come for them if they are trying to be transparent. It is all about opinion and what type of risk invester you are high or low. It is a low risk if you wait for pr, high if you invest before...either way investing is always a risk of losing it all..
That is what makes a stock move up and down...LOL. That has been and always will be but if there are more new&seasoned traders investing for belief than there are flippers, the price rises.
