You haven't learned much about the lawsuit if you don't know who John Briner is. I don't trust anyone who shows up new on this board and pretends to know a lot about the court proceedings and tries to deflect blame away from Briner, Liem, Ashdown, Van Enter and Lehner. Been through too much of that bogus nonsense over the past two years.
We all know Ricky Smith is a retarded chimp, but that doesn't excuse the rest of the Vancouver people who did their part in raping US shareholders.
The fact is that according to the last court ruling, shareholders will be asked to give their feedback with respect the the settlement which will leave Briner and Global in control of this company. Someone coming on this board and trying to create a spin which deflects much of the blame away from those scammers is a smoke and mirrors trick, in my opinion.
I think people should plan on letting the court know what really happened before Briner is allowed to walk away with anything here.
And No I am not John Briner.Who ever he is.
