And you are saying all of these emails are part of some shareholder packet being sent out by the court?

That's really odd. When I called them this afternoon, they told me I couldn't get any email evidence and that I would be informed with respect to all of this in due time via the shareholder list.

Where did you get yours?

Emails that were sent to John Comer at continental were turn over. probably 14 individuals that worked at one time for smith. Also shareholders like Falcor the Luck Dragon. Brad Grant. Bill Jesup. Mindy Smithe. Everett Black etc etc
