IMO A strategic plan to house a large crew in a remote area seems to be a good move. You have to do this so why not do it right. If EEGC is what we think then good for them to have a plan. We can't be critical of them for planning and also for not having a plan. These things take time and money. This is good news as they are fulfilling a possible LONG term need. LONG term means they think they have something. I dream of a $5 PPS but it isn't going to happen over night. And it willnot happen if plans are not in place to meet basic needs. And yes they have made many blunders, but this doesn't seem like one of them.
