Why is it that you can never provide proof?

A 20 yr expert should know Sour Crude has more sulfer in it and costs more to refine, hence the preimium for sweet.

You claim there is too much oil sitting around and nobody to purchase the oil, yet the TRC records show Conoco Phillips purchasing all of the oil from the company with the last purchase being 323 in Jan 2009.

80m barrels constitutes about 8 days of imports for the US alone. Yes I read the same article you did. At the end it says: "OPEC will eventually win the battle, but what floating storage does is it delays the victory," said Michael Wittner, global head of oil research at Société Générale SA.



Then of course the conspiracy theory that PBLS controls Treaty which you never seems to privide proof of.
